The Contractor shall provide all required facilities, personnel, services, transportation, materials, equipment, and supplies. All tests shall be executed at the Contractor’s premises, or within the Contractor's network of laboratories ***All specimens shall be processed, testing for COVID-19 completed, and posted on Contractor patient portal within 12 hrs of pick-up by courier for 95% of cases. 100% of all cases will be complete and posted on the Contractor patient portal within 24 hrs of courier pick-up.*** 2.
