The Massachusetts National Guard seeks to procure an Executive Education academic course that combines the cores of established research presented in case study format, group discussion and analysis of the case studies, and relevance to the National Guard. Course content should stem from pre-existing academic content in emergency management, homeland security, and/or crisis management; equipping participants with appropriate perspectives and responses to future challenges. Accordingly, the Offerors shall be an established brick and mortar educational institute with longstanding experience and demonstrated proficiency in providing academic courses to the senior leadership of U.S. Government (USG) and civilian organizations in strategic emergency management, homeland security, and/or crisis management.
