8(a) Set-Aside (FAR 19.8)

This is a market research notice seeking potential sources for Real Estate/Real Property Professional Services in support of the 99th Readiness Division. The expected period of performance is a 12-month base period with four 12-month option periods. The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price requirements contract, and the requirement may be set aside for small businesses or procured through full and open competition. Responses are strictly voluntary and are due by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time on 12 March 2026. This is not a solicitation, and the government is under no obligation to award a contract.
