Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, for PM Soldier Lethality’s Non Standard Weapons program, intends to award a sole-source contract to Knight’s Armament Company for the commercially available M110 7.62mm Semi-Automatic Sniper System, associated accessories, magazines, spare parts, other variants, and limited training. The contemplated contract is a five-year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) vehicle. Market research determined that only Knight’s Armament’s M110 meets Performance Specification MIL-PRF-32316 w/Amendment 1, while other sources would cause unacceptable delays and substantial unrecovered duplication costs. The notice is not a Request for Proposals, but responsible capable sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation for agency consideration. The anticipated award date is planned for late 3rd to early 4th Quarter of FY26.
