The 99th Readiness Division Department of Public Works requires a full renovation of the Men, Women, and OMS latrines at the Bluefield Memorial U.S. Army Reserve Center. Construction will be performed at 532 Cumberland Road, Bluefield, WV 24701. The contractor must provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation needed to complete the work. Work must comply with the Specifications of Work and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
