This is a sources sought notice for market research, not a solicitation, for snow and ice removal services at the Romney USARC in Romney, West Virginia. The contractor will provide all plant, labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation to perform snow and ice removal in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, while avoiding damage to curbing, lawns, shrubs, fences, gates, and handrails. The contemplated contract is a firm-fixed-price requirements contract with one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods.
