This is a 100% small business set-aside for Firm Fixed-Price custodial services at three U.S. Army Reserve Centers in Pennsylvania: the Brookville Memorial USARC, the PFC Melvin L. Brown USARC in Clearfield, and the Elks County Memorial USARC in Saint Marys. The contract will have a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. A primary site visit is available on Monday, April 13, 2026, with an alternate visit on Thursday, April 16, 2026. All offers must remain valid for 120 calendar days, and the contractor must be registered in SAM.
