This is a 100% small business set-aside for Firm Fixed-Price custodial services at three U.S. Army Reserve Centers in Pennsylvania: Brookville, Clearfield, and Saint Marys. The contract has a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. A primary site visit is scheduled for Monday, April 13, 2026, with an alternate visit on Thursday, April 16, 2026. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted via email by 12:00 PM EST on Monday, April 20, 2026. Offers must remain valid for 120 days, and the contractor must perform all work in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement.
