The scope of this requirement is to access to and from the facility during winter weather conditions and to present a clean, neat, and professional appearance free of snow and ice in accordance with the Performance Work Statement at PA027 Pendel-Caminit USARC located at 950 New Castle Road, Farrell, PA, 16121. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the solicitation due to the Government Shutdown and re-establish the Question and Answer Period.
