On behalf of the 99th Readiness Division, the United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has a construction requirement for the Supply and Installation of Concrete Barriers at AMSA #31 and Safety Fence in the MEP Lot at the Edgemont United States Army Reserve Center (USARC)/AMSA #31 located at 2101 Delchester Road, Newtown Square, PA. Please see attached Solicitation, Specification of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, Construction Format Spreadsheet Cost Breakdown, and SF 1413 Form. All proposals shall be submitted no later than 11:00AM EDT, 11 August 2025. The purpose of this Amendment is to provide the Responses to the Questions submitted in regard to the Solicitation posting for this Requirement. The closing date and time of this solicitation is extended from 11:00AM EDT, 11 August 2025 to 11:00AM EDT, 18 August 2025.
