This announcement constitutes the solicitation; Quotes are being requested. Solicitation No. W15QKN-25-R-A008is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP), and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-01 This is a Small Business set-aside under NAICS 541310 with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00.In accordance with FAR 37.104-(a) Personal Service Contracts, the subsequent purchase order is not considered to be a personal service. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000 intends to award one (1) firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order, on a competitive basis, for interior modernization and upgrades of the Project Lead Joint Services (PL JS) office space located at Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey. The Government intends to award without discussion (see FAR 52.215-1). Proposals that do not contain the information requested in the solicitation risk being determined Unacceptable by the Government.
