This is a solicitation for the manufacture and delivery of three types of metal containers (PA154, PA157, and PA191) used as outer packs for 60mm, 81mm, and 120mm mortar cartridges. The contract is to meet anticipated Army production requirements for Fiscal Years 2024 through 2028. The performance of services is for the U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The manufacturing process involves stamping sheet steel to form container hardware and cover panels. Technical data packages for each container type are available upon request.
