This is a Request for Proposal for a 5-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract for 40mm Non-Recurring Engineering grenade ammunition. The performance of services requires that Load, Assemble, and Pack (LAP) occur within the United States, its outlying areas, or Canada, and that Metal Cartridge Cases and Fuzes be produced within those same locations. A key requirement is that offerors must represent their business under NAICS code 332993 in their SAM.gov registration. The Past Performance Questionnaire is due on 28 July 2025. Technical Data Packages (TDPs) will not be applicable to the base contract but may apply on an order-by-order basis.
