The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source, firm-fixed price contract with Secur-Serv (CAGE 0MR45) for maintenance services for a Scantron OMR Imaging Scanner (Model iNSIGHT 150), including its auxiliary transport printer and controller hardware. The place of performance is the U.S. Army Research Institute for the Behavioral and Social Sciences (ARI) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Secur-Serv is the sole source provider of these services. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
