For lodging and meals requirements in the following locations: 363 Military Police Company-363 Luby Street, Grafton West Virigina, 26354 423 Military Police Company -200 Route 25A Shoreham, NY 11786 351 Military Police Company- 2803 South East 36th Avenue, Ocala FL 34471 The period of performance is as follows: 20 June 2024 – 23 June 2024 for the 363 MP Company 05 July 2024 – 07 July 2024 for the 423 MP Company 25 July 2024 – 28 July 2024 for the 351 MP Company Please see the attached draft Statement of Work and Enclosure 0001 for details. 2. Amendment 0001 (4/30/2024) Amendment 0001, serves to answer a question received from industry. Can the lodging per diem be exceeded? Answer: As stated on page 2 of the SOW, the Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for lodging in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver. Additionally, as stated on page 3 of the SOW, The Government cannot exceed the per diem rates for breakfast, lunch and dinner in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation, without a waiver.
