Begin Amendment: This purpose of this amendment is to address questions from industry as follows: The SOW states that the dates for the required lodging are Dec 2 - Dec 5, Monday – Thursday; however, those dates are Saturday – Tuesday. The correct days are Dec 2 – Dec 5, Saturday – Tuesday. The attached SOW corrected this discrepancy. Will the site visit be conducted by the Government? Yes Does the contractor need to be present for the site visit? No The SOW states group dining is required for 20 guests, but space should be available to seat 100. The requirement for seating is 20. The attached SOW corrected this discrepancy. The SOW states "The Government reserves the right to cancel any or all portions of a reservation 48 hours prior to the start date. The cancellation notice shall be issued by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall waive any charges against the Government due to the cancellation and release it from all obligations under the contract resulting from mission charges.” Is the government agreeing to a cancellation of one room night penalty if cancelled within 48 hours? Yes. No change was made to the SOW. Are transportation or services outside the SOW required? No. No change was made to the SOW.
