The Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) - Armaments Center (AC) is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources who are capable of manufacturing and delivering various configurations of transmitters. The purpose of this market survey is to obtain capability statements from potential contractors on their ability to manufacture and deliver the Transmitters with a need for deliveries in FY24. In general, the transmitters support telemetry components for a wide range of mission testing, and provide video, data, and command & control links needed for data transmission. The transmitters support various weapon system platforms including; Air-to-Air Missile & Targets; Air-to-Ground Delivery Systems; Unmanned Aircraft, and others. The transmitters under this effort shall support Excalibur, PGK, Aerofuze and the Medium Cal Access Program (MCAP). The transmitters are required to fit into existing telemetry designs and have the robustness to be used in new telemetry designs. The Transmitters of interest include the following: Model TLKDT, TTS4XO, TTS4XO with Antenna, TTS2XO, TTS2XO with Antenna, TTSMK1, TTSMK3TTSCUP, TTC4XO, TTC4XO with Antenna, DTTS-480-5W, DTTS-1225-10W; and Telemetry Transmitter, Munitions. The Telemetry branch within the Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC), Armaments Center (AC), Munitions Engineering & Technology Center (METC), Fuze and Precision Armaments Directorate (FPAD) has developed many systems that incorporate transmitters for information transmission for Excalibur, PGK, Aerofuze, and the MCAP. These transmitters supply critical data information from multiplexed subsystem to receiving stations, via a specified radio frequency, located along the flight path. The Product Suppy Code is - 6685 – PRESSURE, TEMPERATURE, AND HUMIDITY MEASURING AND CONTROLLING INSTRUMENTS. The North American Industry Clasffication System (NAICS) number is 334519 – OTHER MEASURING AND CONTROLLING DEVICE MANUFACTURING. To be considered as a capable source for this effort, all interested parties must submit the requested information as follows: a.) A narrative explaining the companies, and specific individuals’, level of knowledge and experience related to manufacturing and delivery of the configurations of transmitters listed in this notice. b.) Information on delivery lead times and quantities (i.e. how long to deliver at what delivery capacity); c.) Listing of past contracts with the same work, or of similar magnitude. d.) Include the following Administrative Information: Full Company Name (Legal Entity): Cage Code: Website (if applicable): Contact Information: Business Size Status. If small, what type of concern? This market survey is for informational and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a Request for Proposal (RFP) or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
