--THIS SOLICITATION HAS BEEN EXTENDED-- --PLEASE NOTE THE SOLICITATION NUMBER IS W15QKN-24-R-5049-- THE SOLICITATION IS NOW POSTED. The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has three (3) new construction requirements in support of the U.S. Armys 99th Readiness Division. These projects are all located within the 99th RDs A02 Region: CSS 88762 ? Repair HVAC in Training Room at the Amherst USARC located at 100 North Forest Road in Amherst, NY 14221 (NY010); CSS 88852 ? Replace Exterior Doors at the Crawford County Memorial USARC located at 1151 Morgan Street Extension, Meadville, PA 16335 (PA062); CSS 94030 ? Repair Kitchen Hood Systems at multiple facilities: Pendel-Caminiti USARC located at 950 New Castle Road in Farrell, PA 16121 (PA027); the Lawrence County Veterans Memorial USARC located at 410 Miller Avenue in New Castle, PA 16101 (PA063); the Fairview USARC located at 7001 Klier Drive in Fairview, PA 16415 (PA209); and the ECS/AMSA #103G located at 6467 Mikewood Boulevard, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316 (PA118). This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation. Please note that all questions in reference to this requirement must be submitted by 24 July 2024 at 3:00 PM EST.
