The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has three (3) new construction requirements in support of the U.S. Armys 99th Readiness Division. These projects are all located within the 99th RDs A02 Region: CSS 88816 ? Building Control System (BCS) Replacement at the Niagara Falls AFRS/AMSA located at 2502 Rubin Way in Niagara Falls, NY 14304 (NY117); CSS 94421 ? Replace Existing BAS at the Franklin USARC located at 15465 Airport Road, Franklin, PA 16323 (PA035); and CSS 94073 ? Replace HVAC RTU and Boilers at the Pendel-Caminiti USARC located at 950 New Castle Road, Farrell, PA 16121 (PA027). This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation.
