The United States Army Contracting Command - New Jersey Warfighter Support Division on behalf of the 99th Readiness Division has three (3) construction requirements for the following projects/locations: CSS 88346 ? BAS Replacement at the Somersworth USARC located at 179 Route 108, Somersworth, NH 03878 (NH018); CSS 89031 ? Repair OMS Floor at the Julian P Clukey ARC located at 54 Prospect Street, Dexter, ME 23845 (ME006); and CSS 93934 ? Repair 20x20 Roof Section at the Whie River JCT AFRC located at 209 Balsam Lane, White River JCT, VT 05001 (VT012).This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation.
