Re-Seal Cracks, MEP Driveway, and Parking Lots at the CPL Gordon M. Craig USARC located at 915 W. Chestnut Street, Brockton, MA 02302 (MA006) -CSS 89273 ? Replace Facility HVAC System at the Lincoln W. Stoddard USARC located at 25 North Lake Avenue, Worcester, MA 01605 (MA022). This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation.
