**This a Pre-solicitation notice which is informing the public of an upcoming opportunity for snow removal service. The official solicitation notice will be forthcoming. If you are interested in this opportunity, please email your businesses capability statement expressing your interest. The response date and time in this notice is for the official solicitation. The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Warfighter Support Center on behalf of the 99th Regional Support Command has a requirement for Snow Removal Services to be performed at the RUTLAND ARMED FORCES RESERVE CENTER (AFRC), 2143 POST ROAD, RUTLAND, VT (VT007). The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and other items necessary to provide snow removal services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The resultant acquisition will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract, with a period of performance of twelve (12) month base period and four (4) one year option periods from date of award. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. Once the official solicitation is posted, all interested vendors must thoroughly read the Instructions to Offers in its entirety and submit all required documentation in accordance with the guidance provided. In order to receive an award, contractors must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) https://www.sam.gov.
