The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for Stratasys equipment (Fused Deposition Modeling, Fortus Systems, DM, SAF, NEO machines, etc.). The Government intends to award one contract, on a sole source basis, to Hartech Group LLC, 3030 N Rocky Point DR W Suite 150 Tampa, Florida, 33607-7200, United States, the sole distributer of the required Stratasys Equipment. The Authority for this procurement comes under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements: Application for brand name descriptions. The NAICS code for this effort is 333517 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.A Sole Source Justification was approved June 13, 2024, explaining that, Hartech Group LLC is the only source capable of providing the Stratasys equipment as they are the authorized reseller of the required brand name equipment, and the redacted document is attached to this notice.
