U.S. Army Contracting Command intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a firm fixed price contract to Arrow Tech Associates, 1233 Shelburne Road, Suite 8 D8, South Burlington, Vermont 05403 for delivery of Projectile Rocket Ordnance Design and Analysis System (PRODAS) software and licenses, including software maintenance for the Armament Research and Development Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal. Arrow Tech Associates is a Small Business. The requirement is for software license renewals for forty (40) user network keys and fifteen (15) individual access keys to PRODAS software, including software maintenance support and updates for twelve (12) months with four (4) options years. A Sole Source Justification and Approval (FAR 13.5) was approved 30 April 2024. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, or proposal, which shall be considered by the Government. The NAICS code for this effort is 541690 and the small business sized standard is $19M. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than 31 May 2024, in writing.
