The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, on behalf of the Office of the Program Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems is issuing a Request For Proposal W15QKN-24-R-0034 for the production of the Cartridge, 12 Gauge, Breaching M1030. The 12 Gauge Breaching cartridge shall be compatible for use in the Mossberg Models 500/590, Remington 870 and Benelli M1014. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Requirements contract with five, one year ordering periods. Contract award is anticipated to be based on full and open competition. The realistic total quantity of rounds to be purchased against this contract is estimated as follows: 1,000,000. The maximum limit of the contractor obligation of quantity to deliver is 1,680,000. The response date for proposals is revised to 2 April 2024 at 2PM Eastern Daylight time.
