The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey has two (2) new construction requirements in support of the U.S. Armys 99th Readiness Division. These projects are all located within the 99th RDs A03 Region: CSS 88340 ? Install Lactation Room at the Londonderry AFRC located at 64 Harvey Road inLondonderry, NH 03051 (NH014); and CSS 89034 ? Repair Exterior Brick at the Julian P. Clukey USRC located at 54 Prospect Street in Dexter, ME 04930 (ME006). This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Site Visit dates are within the Solicitation. The POC MUST be contacted if you plan on attending a site visit. Failure to do so may result inaccessibility to the facility/location. The period of performance for each project will be staggered depending upon Award. The Government intends to award one or more Firm-Fixed Price contracts as a result of this solicitation.
