The contractor shall provide all Labor, Equipment, Materials, Transportation Supervision and Technical Expertise to repair the wearing course of asphalt MEPS, replace sidewalks and install bollards, update the front entrance by removing barricade, removing asphalt, and installing new sidewalk, soils, grass, handrail, and bollards, and finally installing a gravel track to run on. All quantities are estimated. Contractor shall field verify all dimensions and quantities prior to ordering material.3. The Requirements are outlined in SOW and shall be performed accordingly. The U. S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Sources Sought Notice in an effort to perform market research to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition strategy for Repair Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) and Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) Parking Lots to be performed at the ECS/AMSA#103G, 6467 Mikewood Boulevard, Conneaut Lake , PA. in support of the 99th Regional Support Command. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order as a result of the solicitation to be issued. The expected period of performance is one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide service.
