Army Contracting Command - New Jersey is issuing this Solicitation Notice in support of RFTA Fort Devens MA to be performed at 12 Feinberg Street Devens MA 01434-4429. The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order, 100% Small Business requirement. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, fuel and other items necessary to provide a Bobcat TL619. Basis of Award: Award will be to a single offeror, whose quote represents the lowest price meeting technical specifications. This is an all or nothing requirement, all pricing must be submitted with the quote otherwise you will be deemed non-responsive and not considered for award. Each quote will be evaluated by a technical evaluator to ensure that the quote meets the Government needs. This acquisition is brand name or equal as well as FOB Destination. If you submit a product, please submit the salient characteristics and a picture for the technical evaluator. Please note: The time for questions has expired, and no further extensions to this solicitation will be made. Revised bids and all bids will be accepted until 31 July 2024. Please sign and submit ALL amendments along with the solicitation.
