AMSA Shop Door Ramps? Mattydale, NY (NY113)Description of Services: The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and transportation to accomplish the following work which consist of but is not limited to: Remediating the existing trip hazard in front of five (5) total overhead coiling doors to the AMSA shop; two (2) North facing, two (2) South facing and one (1) East facing. This shall be done by creating a ramp 24 feet in across by 16 inches depth by 1 and 3/16th inches in height. This incline shall be flush with the top of the 1 and 3/16th inch high lip under each of the five rolling doors. The incline shall be a maximum of 12.5% grade, unless otherwise approved by the RFOS and incorporated into a modification approved by the Contracting Officer.
