The RFQ attachment was updated to change the number of Double rooms to 60 for 363 Military Police Company-363 Luby Street, Grafton West Virigina, 26354. This is Amendment 0001 to the subject requirement. This effort is being modified to update the mile radius from 25-miles to 30-miles for each location. In addition, it should be noted that in order to prepare a responsive quotation for this requirement, an Offeror SHALL propose a lodging and meal requirement for all Military Police Companies listed (i.e. 363, 423 AND 351). In addition, for each lodging and meal proposed, the Offeror shall ensure to address all items listed until the Lodging and Meal requirements to ensure that their quotation meets the Government requirements. Again, The purpose of this acquisition is to procure Lodging-in-Kind with Meals for three separate dates (20 June 2024 – 23 June 2024 for the 363 MP Company, 05 July 2024 – 07 July 2024 for the 423 MP Company and lastly 25 July 2024 through 28 July 2024 for the 351 MP Company) within a 30-mile radius of each respective unit Home Stations listed below. The distance shall be calculated by utilizing Google Maps. Please ensure that you are address ALL 3 locations in your proposal. Lodging should be within the 30 Miles radius for all locations and Meals should be in accordance with Army Regulation 30-22. Also, Please ensure that you include ALL requested information; CAGE Code, DUNS etc. in your proposal.
