All other information remains the same. Q1. Can you confirm that lodging is required for the following single location A. 5015 Hood Avenue, Bldg. 900 Fort Gillem, GA 30297, 14- 28 July 2024. Answer: yes, this will be for a single requirement, within a 20-mile radius of the above location Q2. Is this a tax-exempt requirement and supported with a tax exemption certificate upon award? Answer: Yes Q3. Do you have a target date or date range when the final award decision will be made? Answer: We are aiming up to a week before the lodging dates; around 08 July, for this to be awarded. Q4. Is there an incumbent(s) OR is this a new requirement? If there is an incumbent, can you please share the contract details? Answer: There is no incumbent Q5. Is on-site presence required for this event? If so, will a hotel staff member suffice? Answer: Yes, hotel staff will suffice Q6. Will parking be required for the guests? If so, can you provide parking requirements? Answer: Per the SoW, “The lodging facility shall not charge for parking expenses” and “The Lodging Facility shall have accessible parking area and the location shall be in a low crime area, with security cameras or a security guard on property for after hour protection at the facility. The government may utilize information obtained, to include, but not limited to, local, state or federal law enforcement reports and/or https://www.areavibes.com to assess crime within the area of the facility” Q7. Will guests be responsible for all meals? Answer: No meals are required to be furnished Q8. Is the government open to split rooms arrangement or overflow hotel in the event a hotel is unable to accommodate all rooms as per the requirement? Answer: No, all rooms must be at a single location/facility Q9. Upon award will a rooming list be provided? If so, can you provide a target date or date range in which the rooming list will be provided Answer: Yes, a rooming list will be provided, planned for around the same date as in Q3, 08 July Q10: Are dates flexible? Answer: No, dates are not flexible. Per the Statement of Work, dates must be check-in 14 July 2024 through check-out 28 July 2024. Incorrect dates will be deemed non-responsive. Q11: If only partial rooms are available, is a quote/proposal allowed? Answer: No, this requirement needs to be quoted in full for the entire 5 singles and 34 doubles from 14 July 2024 through 28 July 2024, per the Statement of Work. Partial quotes will be deemed non-responsive. Q12: What transportation may be needed? Will the group be divided regarding transportation or would all service members be available for transportation at the same time? What is the frequency of transportation needed? Answer: No transportation will be needed. A revised Statement of Work will be posted. The Army Contracting Command-NJ (ACC-NJ) has a requirement for lodging in support of the 345th Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion (BN). REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: W15QKN-24-Q-0040, Lodging accommodations within Fort Eisenhower, Georgia and Fort Gillem, Georgia for July 2024 THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AND NOT A FORMAL SOLICITATION The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the 345th Military Intelligence (MI) Battalion (BN) has a requirement for lodging as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes and in accordance with the attached Attachment 0001- Statement of Work (SOW), dated 14 May 2024. The lodging shall be within A 25-mile radius of Fort Eisenhower, Georgia 30905, 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024, and A 20-mile radius of Fort Gillem, GA 30297 14 July 2024 - 28 July 2024 1. Instructions: All responses to this RFI are no later than Friday 31 May 2024 at 10:00 AM EST. Please submit a capability statement and/or a lodging proposal. If unable to house all Soldiers in one lodging facility, they may be split up to three (3) locations for the requirement at Fort Eisenhower for the July Period of Performance; among hotel locations are within 5 miles of each other 39 rooms, consisting of 5 Single occupancy rooms and 34 Double occupancy rooms, within a 20 mile radius of Fort Gillem, GA for the July 2024 dates. The same facility is not required for both Fort Gillem and Fort Eisenhower.
