The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in which the contractor shall build-to-print eleven (11) Application Program Sets (APS) AN/PSM-130 in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) in Section C of the attached Solicitation. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract in which the contractor shall build-to-print eleven (11) Application Program Sets (APS) AN/PSM-130 Part Number / Drawing Number. The Period of Performance (PoP) for this effort is (12) months from date of award.This is not a request for proposal and does not constitute a commitment on behalf of the Government.
