REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: W15QKN-24-Q-0037, Drug Testing Supplies Equipment This is a Sources Sought Notice and should not be construed as a Solicitation Announcement. The submission of this information is for planning purposes only. It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any supply or service, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. CONTRACT INFORMATION: The United States Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) is seeking sources, from all socio-economic categories, to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of providing the supplies in the attached draft Statement of Work, dated 20 November 2023 and attached Request for Information. This is a single requirement in support of the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) for the purchase of drug testing supplies as identified in this Request for Information (RFI) for market research purposes. INSTRUCTIONS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement. All responses to this RFI are due no later than Wednesday 22 May 2024 at 2:00 PM EST. When submitting your responses through SAM.gov, emails should be sent to the Contract Specialist, Zachary Shifrinson, directly at zachary.h.shifrinson.civ@army.mil. When emailing the Contract Specialist, contractors shall also CC the Contracting Officer for this requirement, Stephanie Kless, stephanie.g.kless.civ@army.mil.
