This SSN is for the purchase and delivery of IMPETUS software, hardware, and licenses, including software maintenance. Requirements include the following: Contractor shall provide a consolidated license and updates as required. Contractor shall provide an optimized computer system for the software provided. The consolidated license shall be configured such that U.S. Army, Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) will have a 1 user network of IMPETUS Defense which shall include the basic, General particle method, and Smoothed particle Hydrodynamic modules. The consolidated license and supplied hardware shall utilize the existing VPN with access available by engineers at Picatinny sight wide. Distribution of, and access to IMPETUS from locations other than Picatinny will be restricted. Technical support shall be provided as required.
