The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Precision Munitions Instrumentation (PMI) Division of the Fuze and Precision Armaments Directorate, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command ? Armaments Center (CCDC), intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to PCB Piezotronics of North Carolina, Inc. for High-Gravity (High-G) Accelerometers to support all Munitions Testing in the Precision Munitions Instrumentation (PMI) Division. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source effort to PCB Piezotronics of North Carolina, Inc., in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented By FAR Subpart 13.501(a)(1)(ii) - sole source (including brand name) under the authority of the simplified procedures for certain commercial items. PCB was the only company identified through market research that could provide the necessary High-Gravity (High-G) Accelerometers which met the Governments requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a new commercial Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with five (5) one-year ordering periods that allows for Firm Fixed Price (FFP) delivery orders for various commercial configurations of High Gravity (High-G) Accelerometers. The Government anticipates award in July 2023 with a planned minimum ordering obligation of $10,000.00 and a contract maximum of $7,495,914.18. The Period of Performance for this contract will be five (5) years from the date of contract award. Please note this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP).
