The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Armaments Center (AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for Systems Engineering Directorate (SED) Teamwork Coaching Services. The Government intends to conduct a competition for this requirement amongst previously established Small Business, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) holders with a single, firm fixed priced call order being placed. The anticipated awardee shall provide systems engineering management consulting services to the SED to optimize systems engineering practices at DEVCOM AC, including improved processes for teamwork, developing a shared management team goal and meeting facilitation in accordance with the attached performance work statement (PWS). The Period of Performance shall be 12 months from contract award. Contractor is not expected to work full-time (40 hrs/week) under this call order. The anticipated place of performance is at contractor’s facility and Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved in submission of information in response to this notice.
