Under the authority of by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B), Only one responsible source the Government intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Honeywell International Inc. for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract on the eTALIN II Software Two-Position Accuracy Feature Upgrade and eTALIN II 6000 Inertial Navigation Units (INU). This solicitation is intended to result in a single five-year (5 yr) Requirements contract. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through the issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The proposed contract is for supplies and priced orders for which the Government intends to negotiate with only one source. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
