On behalf of the Directorate of Public Work (DPW), Fort Devens Massachusetts, the U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has a new requirement to perform monthly Preventive Maintenance (PM); Emergency and Routine Elevator Maintenance Services at buildings 642 and 666, at the Fort Devens Reserve Training Area (FDRTA), Devens, MA. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide Elevator Maintenance services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price contract. The period of performance for this effort shall be a 12-month base period and four (4), 12-month option periods from date of contract award.

The contractor shall perform monthly preventive maintenance, provide emergency service and routine service calls for elevators located in Buildings 642 and 666, Fort Devens Reserve Training Area (RFTA), Devens MA. The requirement will be a 12-month Base Period and four (4) 12-month Option Periods. This sources sought is for INFORMATIONAL AND PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY.
