The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) – Armaments Center (DEVCOM-AC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement for service and maintenance to cover on-site repairs and service associated with Perkin Elmer equipment. The Government intends to award one contract with a base period and one option periods, on a sole source bases to Perkin Elmer Health Sciences (Perkin Elmer), Inc., 710 Bridgeport Ave, Shelton, Connecticut 06484-4750 U.S.A, the original manufacturer (OEM). Only the OEM is authorized and licensed to perform the services required. A Sole Source Justification was approved pursuant to FAR 13.106-(b)(1) supporting Perkin Elmer as the only source capable of providing the required equipment maintenance services. The applicable NAICS for this effort is 811219 with a size standard of $8M. The PSC Code is J066. All questions/responses must be received NO LATER than June 21, 2022 in writing.
