The US Army Contracting Command-New Jersey, on behalf of the US Army DEVCOM Armaments Center – Remote Weapons Branch intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a new sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for 6 degree of Freedom Plaftorms to Moog Inc. The Justification & Approval (J&A) cites Sole Source under the authoriy of the simplified procedusre for certain commercials itmes. Authority for this procurement comes under 41 United States Code 1901 as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.501(a)(1)(ii).
