The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (CCDC AC) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to IriTech, 11166 Fairfax Boulevard, Suite 302, Fairfax, VA , CAGE Code 6ZGH1 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for brand name “IriCore” software and maintenance for which IriTech is the original equipment manufacturer of this software product, and, the only known provider of that develops, sells, supports and maintains this product. This purchase is to the software maintenance, there are no other authorized vendors for this software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a twelve (12) month, with four (4) one (1) year options as Firm Fixed Price, purchase order. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 511210. For this effort the contractor shall provide five copies of IriCore software in a base year. Software maintenance needs to be acquired for the initial year as well as four option years to ensure the vendor is able to support the system when issues are found THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a bidding contract.
