The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny, New Jersey 07806-5000, on behalf of the Precision Munitions Instrumentation (PMI) Division of the Fuze and Precision Armaments Directorate, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Armaments Center (CCDC), intends to issue a non-competitive Request for Proposal (RFP) to Kulite Semiconductor Products (Kulite) for High-Gravity (High-G) Pressure Transducers to support all Munitions Testing in the Precision Munitions Instrumentation (PMI) Division. The solicitation will be issued as a sole source effort to Kulite Semiconductor Products, in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901, as implemented By FAR Subpart 13.5 - Simplified Procedures For Certain Commercial Items. Kulite was the only company identified through market research that could provide the necessary various HKS and HPS Series High-Gravity (High-G) Pressure Transducers which met the Government's requirements. The Government anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Delivery Order Contract to support FY21-26 requirements. The Period of Performance for this contract will be for five years from the date of contract award. The contract will include a minimum guarantee of $15,648.00 and a maximum contract ceiling price of $7,242,500.00. The anticipated award date for this action is planned for 2QFY21.As future requirements for High-G Pressure Transducers are identified during the Period of Performance, the Government will award FFP Delivery Orders, as applicable.
