The U.S. Army Contracting Command- New Jersey, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager Maneuver Ammunition Systems, Picatinny Arsenal NJ 07806-5000, intends to solicit, negotiate and award a 5-year, sole source, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm fixed price delivery orders, to and General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems (GD-OTS), under the authority 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This acquisition is for the production of 120mm Advanced Tungsten Armor Piercing Fin Stabilized Discarding Sabot with Tracer (APFSDS-T) Kinetic Energy - Tungsten Penetrator A1 (KE-W A1) for Foreign Military Sales (FMS).
