The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), on behalf of the Combat Capabilities Development Command- Armament Center (CCDC AC), intends to issue a sole source Request for Quotation (RFQ) to SmartUQ, LLC., 3545 University Ave, Madison, WI 53705, for SmartUQ (v.4.2 or newest) software, which executes uncertainty analyses and design of computer experiments. The effort will include one (1) base year and four (4) additional option years for a total period of performance of five (5) years. The proposed sole source acquisition will utilize the authority under 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by FAR Subpart 13.5. See attached Justification and Approval (J&A). The applicable NAICS Code for this is 511210. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
