This Pre-Solicitation Notice is being issued to notify industry that solicitation number W15QKN-21-Q-0JCP is expected to be released on or about 20 August 2021 and will be due on or about 27 August 2021. The Government’s intent is to procure this requirement on a sole-source basis. All information and /or any capability statements submitted in response to this Pre-Solicitation notice is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. All responsible sources may submit their interest in the perspective procurement through a Quote, once the solicitation is posted. Requirement Description: The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey has a requirement to procure annual software maintenance renewal for the Aware NISTpacks for the Defense Forensics Science Center (DFSC) Biometrics Operations Directorate (BOD), 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV 26306.
