The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (CCDC AC) intends to issue a sole source Request for Quote to VJ Technologies, 89 Carlough Road, Bohemia, NY 11716, CAGE Code 0JLW5 pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for brand name “Vi3” software and maintenance for which VJ Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer of this software product, and, the only known provider of that develops, sells, supports and maintains this product. This purchase is to the software maintenance, there are no other authorized vendors for this software. The resultant contract shall be awarded as a twelve (12) month Firm Fixed Price, purchase order. The applicable NAICS Code for this is 511210. For this effort the contractor shall provide ten (10) copies of VJ Technologies software. THIS SYNOPSIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). Further, this synopsis does not guarantee of a future RFQ and should not be construed as a commitment of any kind by the U.S. Government. Responses to this synopsis are not considered proposals/quotes, and, cannot be accepted by the Government to form a bidding contract.
