IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.” REQUIREMENT: 1. The Government is planning a contract with annual capability between 1,500,000 and 5,000,000 parts per year. Firms are requested to be able to produce Cemented Tungsten Carbide to the following specifications: a. Tungsten carbide with cobalt binder parts with diameters ranging from 0.040” to 0.261” and tolerances ranging from ±0.002 to +0.000/-0.004 and larger. b. Distances and lengths being no longer than 0.750” and tolerances being as small as ±0.003” 2. All manufacturing of cemented tungsten carbide components shall be performed on site of the supplier 3. All manufacturing operations shall be performed in the United States 4. ISO 9001 Certified Preferred or equivalent SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirement listed above. Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above.
