IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF POTENTIAL OFFERORS TO MONITOR THE GPE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMMATION PERTAINING TO THIS REQUIREMENT.” BACKGROUND: This scope covers the use of commercial off the shelf (COTS) Scifinder n Enterprise-Wide Access Software. Scifinder is database for the chemical literature, searchable by topic, author, and substances by name or chemical structure. It is a useful tool for synthetic chemists to research and create new compounds and will serve the Army mission with the development of novel energetic compounds. The vendor shall provide 1 license access to the software to continue the functioning of the product at Picatinny Arsenal for Energetics and Warheads. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5M. The Product Service Code is 7030. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide the contract number(s), dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the Technical Services. Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above.
