The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Information Technology Division, on behalf of the Headquarters United States Army Criminal Investigation Command has a requirement for ten Alternate Light Source (ALS) Kits. The ALS Kits must meet the required specifications in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government intends to issue a solicitation as a sole source under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1 for this requirement. This procurement is under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 335129. Please note that this notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the Government, no later than 15 August 2020 at 3:00 PM EST. This notice is not a solicitation and does not obligate the Government to issue a solicitation, nor will the Government be liable for any costs involved for submission of information in response to this notice.
