BACKGROUND: to provide the United States Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (CCDC AC) with brand name SMARTUQ Software and associated maintenance. Combat Capability Development Command Armaments Center (CCDC-AC) has recently established an initiative to integrate ‘Uncertainty Quantification' (UQ) tools, methods, and best practices into engineering modeling and simulations studies in science and technology. SmartUQ is a cutting-edge software package with unprecedented UQ capability which will enable CCDC-AC Statisticians to accurately and effectively assess and improve armament system performance and reliability. The contractor shall provide 6 new Local Area Network (LAN) licenses for SmartUQ (v.4.2 or newest) software, which executes uncertainty analyses and design of computer experiments, and 4 additional maintenance years. The contractor shall provide CCDC-AC with 6 LAN licenses (4 open and 2 secure site) of their software, SmartUQ 4.2. This access shall be available continuously without interruption at Picatinny Arsenal. The following Customer Support shall be provided: 1. SmartUQ shall provide license keys and support to CCDC-AC's Quality Engineering & System Assurance (QE&SA) Information Technology (IT) Helpdesk personnel related to installation of licenses on individual users systems and troubleshooting installation remotely. 2. SmartUQ will provide software-related technical support and version updates for a period of 1 year and continue on a yearly basis as per option years. 3. SmartUQ will also provide technical statistics-related support with the implementation of UQ techniques via the SmartUQ statistical software. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 511210 Software Publishes with a Small Business Size Standard of $38.5Million. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size in their capabilities statement. SUBMISSION DETAILS: Each potential source is requested to provide dollar value(s) and brief description of work previously or currently being performed, which specifically demonstrates the contractor's ability to successfully satisfy the requirements of the Software purchase. Firms shall also provide point of contact information, where available, for the efforts cited above. All data should be sent at no cost to the US Government by July 2, 2019 to the US Army CCDC Armaments Center. ATTN: Antonius Gill. Each potential source is requested to provide any existing contract vehicle available for use for this requirement within their submittal (GSA, NASA SEWP, BPAs, other GWACs). This is a market survey for information only, and shall not be construed as a request for a proposal or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited.
