Background The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (ACC-NJ) in support of the US Army Research, Development and Engineering Command (RDECOM), Armament Research Development, and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, is conducting market research to determine the capability of businesses to provide technical services to support the Awareness Systems Branch (ASB). The ASB conducts research, development, testing and integration of the Command Post Computing Environment (CPCE) software program. CPCE is the foundational Computing Environment (CE) of the Common Operating Environment (COE) which provides standards to unite existing programs and new technologies on a common software foundation, simplifying development, integration, training and sustainment. CPCE provides advanced Information Sharing, Situational awareness, and Real-time Collaboration technologies enabling expedient decision making and superior operational execution on the battlefield. The CPCE allows for cross-echelon tactical decision making, planning, rehearsal, and execution management from Army Service Component Commands (ASCC) to Company, and spans Warfighting Functions (WFFs) including Fires, Maneuver, Sustainment, Intelligence, and Protection. The ASB requires technical services in multiple engineering disciplines to support future and ongoing efforts including: systems engineering, software development, systems integration, engineering drawings, tech data package, Engineering Change Proposal (ECP) support, information technology support, engineering analyses, evaluation support, building and test of hardware/software, and technical writing & publishing. Interested parties shall submit a capability statement demonstrating how they are capable of performing this requirement. Standard corporate brochures are not desired.
